Having some public and private human service providers co-located with, Naranja Neighborhood Service Center functions themselves as a one-stop help center for the delivery of human services.

For the purpose of community events and other internal activities by the community residents, the center has a reserved meeting room. The center offers several financial services which include short-term emergency financial assistance, assistance for medically disabled, emergency housing and boarding home placement. Programs

Voter Registration Offices: Voter Registration Offices programs are responsible for providing the essential copies of voter registration application and storing/maintaining records of public who have participated in the election.

Individuals also can obtain registration forms through the local Register of Voters offices or other government offices. Individuals must be citizen of the state/country for at least 30 days and aged 18 or older in order to get qualified for practicing their voting rights. If for any reason qualified individuals change their names or addresses then they will be required to re-register.

Records/Licenses/Permits: Main activity of the programs is to issue personal permits in order to engage them in several activities which are maintained and regulated by the government authority. They have other programs as well that are involved in converting the records, licenses or permits that are issued by the foreign authorities to written certificates equivalent to the U.S standards.

Utility Bill Payment Plan Negotiation Assistance: These programs assist people with their utility bill payments in certain situation where there are few resources still available for negotiating the manageable utility bill payments.

Shelter Information Lines: Shelter Information Lines (SIL) programs are mainly involved in providing information as required by the individuals. They provide information about shelters reserved for the homeless, transitional shelters, runway or youth shelters and other emergency shelters including their addresses, hours of intake, contact number etc. They have a website which is also designed for providing information about relevant areas.

Work Permit: Programs that stand for the individuals who are seeking any temporary or permanent job but do not have the official permission to work. These programs assist the individuals with proper guides in obtaining essential documentations that can help them get authorized officially.
