The Harford County Housing Agency (HCHA) works on six programs – Home Rehabilitation Loan Program (HRLP), Maryland Housing Rehabilitation Program (MHRP) Single Family, Accessible Home For Seniors, Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), Indoor Plumbing Program (IPP) and Lead Hazard Reduction Grant & Loan Program.
