HELP WITH EVICTION

I’m 46 years old with 5 children with a disability and serious medical condition since November of 2016. For the past two months I’ve had to be back and fourth to the hospital and cardiologist. The kids and I are due for eviction on Tuesday the 25th of July 2017. I don’t have the energy or funds to relocate and definitely do not need to be homeless. Someone PLEASE HELP US!!!!.
