Adams County is served by several rental assistance programs

Despite being outside of metro Denver, Adams County tenants still struggle with higher rental rates. This can be difficult for individuals or families who have recently dealt with a financial hardship. Fortunately the Adams County rental assistance network is quite extensive, benefiting local residents.

With so many options available, tenants who are at risk of eviction can get the cash and support they need to either remain in their home or move to a more affordable home. There really are many options!
