My name is Monique Thomas I didn’t receive medical renewal form and cause them to canceled my medical insurance when they I couldn’t pay my rent for july 1, 2016 so the landlord sent out a eviction notice but I did let she what was on with us now trying to assistant to help me pay my rent before the july 19, 2016 please help us.
