(Request received from Ashley in Hagerstown, Maryland) I’m trying to find a grant to pay my rent and utilities.i was unemployed For 2 months. I’m so behind on my bills and I have a 3 year old and I can get evicted and have no place to go. Can you please help
Ashley, it might be possible to get a grant from WCCAC in Hagerstown. They can intervene on the eviction if needed. However, you may find that they can help you with an action plan that could include a grant payment to cover part of your back rent.
