I have fallen behind on my rent and would like to know how to apply for a loan to get help. I’m not that far off from it. I got my hours cut from one job and the other I only work 20 hours. I have 3 children at home 20, 14 & 4. If there is anyway you can help that would be great as I don’t want to lose my home.

I must caution you against taking out a loan in your current situation. Loans should only be requested once you have already cured your income situation and just need some quick cash to cover you in the interim.
There are some aid programs in Denver that I believe may be a better fit for you. Please consider checking them out prior to putting yourself in debt.
If you do need to borrow, it is best to start with your own bank or a nonprofit credit union loan before turning to other lenders.
