Please help, I’m a single recently divorced mother-of-two. I am in urgent need of rent assustant to avoid eviction this Friday the 15th. I still owe $470 for June rent and if I don’t have this Friday they will file court eviction, which I can’t afford to happen to me. please contact me as soon as possible, I can’t afford to be on the streets with my children. Help please. I am 24 yrs old I have a 2 yr old daughter and I am currently 7 months pregnant and we live with my kids father(my fiancee
). We received a 3 day pay rent or leave notice we are currently behind on utilities and July's month on rent. Last month we paid $700 to our June rent with help through public assistance and our landlord took the money and paid for the utilities we are behind on without our knowledge($598 behind on water, garbage, and sewer which is shared with other tenants). So now they are saying that we need to pay $1,500 by Friday the 22nd or they will start the eviction process. We only have part of the money my fianceehas a part time job and he has currently started another job and doesn’t get paid for both jobs until next week, public assistance has cut us off because he has a job. We are in need of help paying off the back rent and utilities, we have no other place to go and don’t want to end up on the streets. I have hit a dead end with trying to find help I have contacted legal aid and fair housing to see what can be done but we haven’t been able to receive any information or help. Can someone please send me information on resources that help with paying back rent and utilities in Stockton, CA, San Joaquin County. My email is [email protected] I would greatly appreciate it.My name is Jason my wife and I have 2 children I was injured on the job back in 2014 and have been on restricted duty thru workers compensation in Indiana I’m not getting my reimbursements like I am supposed to and this is why we are behind in rent I’m about to get a large settlement for having a permanent partial disability I’ve not been able to fully pay rent every month as I’m not getting paid like I should. I pay my landlord what I can afford to pay every week when I get paid but I also have 2 children to take care of my wife just recently started a new job and had yet to be paid. We are about to be evicted as we are now a couple of months behind in rent and I’m a month away from receiving a large settlement for my sustained injury that occurred while on the job we can pay it back in full with interest we need $1500 to stay in the house that we have lived in for 2 years now we don’t have any other place to go please help I’m in desperate need of this so my children will have a place to live
